Are you in a season of working and waiting?

Paul uses gardening in this verse to show us OUR part of the process…planting and watering. Many times, we stress and worry over the part that is not OUR job, but God’s…the GROWTH.

Trusting the growth to God doesn't mean we sit around doing nothing! On the contrary...Caring for plants requires daily, rigorous, intentional work. But we cannot will a plant to grow. We MUST trust that process to God.

So, whether you’re parenting in the trenches, praying for the salvation of a loved one, repairing a relationship, discipling a new believer, loving someone who’s difficult to love, or some other difficult circumstance, remember...

God is responsible for the increase. WE are simply responsible for our faithfulness.
